In 2003 I became involved with Youth for Christ when I was asked to be a volunteer at a monthly youth service called "First Sunday". At the time I had a basic knowledge of God but did not have a relationship with Him. Through my involvement with Youth for Christ I came to have a relationship with Jesus and began a faith journey that has changed my life.
I've been involved with local youth ministry just under 10 years, first as a YFC volunteer and then as youth pastor at a local church. As a former volunteer for Catoctin Area YFC, I was hired to coordinate student-led clubs in Washington County, MD. I currently oversee 4 middle school clubs in Washington County and am working with students and volunteers to establish more clubs.
When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with friends, traveling, and trying new things. I'm involved with the worship team at Tristate Fellowship Church both as a lead singer and keyboard player. I also enjoy running, playing soccer and church league softball. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share the life changing message of the gospel with young people in my community through Youth for Christ!
